Our plant protein concentrate tastes best in smoothies, cereals, porridge or yoghurt topped with extra fruit. To avoid lumps, it is best to mix Daily Energy Plain with a bit of liquid in a shaker first. For a neutral, unsweetened shake, mix 30g of powder (that’s approximately 3 tablespoons) with 300 - 400 ml of cold liquid in a shaker.

Daily Energy Plain is also perfect as an extra protein boost in savoury dishes such as pancakes, soups or spreads.

Bonus tips:

    • We recommend using plant-based milk, whether that’s oat, almond, pea or soy milk. Use what tastes good to you and suits your individual preferences.
